巴洛克典雅式的建築，看過去入口壯觀氣派磅礡，壯觀的視覺效果相當澎拜。裡頭更是復古巴洛克時期原貌，走廊樓梯間辦公室甚至一片綠色的草坪讓你回味當時的情景，相當美麗且賞心悅目的一個舊式建築古蹟。
